2026 results vs. the forecasts
Every race as it is called, beside the final forecasts made before a vote was counted: ours, the betting markets' and the rating shops'. The calls were frozen on the eve of the election (2026-11-03) and are graded here as they stood. Results updated 2026-11-01.
No race has been called yet
Polls start closing at 6 p.m. Eastern on November 3. From then this page updates every fifteen minutes as winners are called, and grades each call the moment its race is. Until then, the final forecasts are the record.
Called results from Wikipedia's 2026 Senate, gubernatorial and House overview articles (a race is listed once a winner is marked), overridden by hand-entered rows in data/raw/results_2026_manual.csv. Percentages are of the total vote; for ranked-choice races (ME, AK) the final instant-runoff round. Percentages can move as counting continues; a race is graded on who won, which does not. 50% calls favor nobody and count as neither right nor wrong.
