Marlin Andrew Stutzman is an American politician who has served as the U.S. representative from Indiana's 3rd congressional district since 2025, having previously represented that district from 2010 to 2017. A member of the Republican Party, Stutzman previously served in the Indiana House of Representatives from 2003 to 2009 and in the Indiana Senate from 2009 to 2010.
