Felix Barry Moore is an American politician serving since 2025 as the U.S. representative for Alabama's 1st congressional district. The district includes Baldwin, Coffee, Covington, Dale, Escambia, Geneva, Henry, and Houston Counties, as well as most of Mobile County. The largest city in the district is Mobile. From 2010 to 2018, Moore represented the 91st district in the Alabama House of Representatives.
